Dynamic Motion- Excite your mind and your muscles with creative and dynamic movements that will give you a total fitness experience. This program is specially designed for developing teens as we coach them through sports-style strengthening, aerobic, and performance drills that are safely scaled to all fitness levels. Also, as a year-round activity, our Dynamic Motion Program keeps athletic teens in optimal shape and injury-free year-round.
Teens will engage in a non-competitive, supportive environment that does wonders for building self-esteem and confidence as much as a healthy lifestyle.
